A new project from us for Mamado’s new range of aerosol spray products.
The ever-increasing Mamado brand, known for it’s hair extensions, wigs and braids and skin care products, now includes two new spray can products.
SHEEN SPRAY PRODUCT GRAPHICS
Having created the brand’s aromatherapy label identity many years ago they asked us to consider the graphics for an olive oil-based hair sheen spray. Maintaining the same typefaces and use of stock images we have created an identity that sits well with the aromatherapy range, but is happy as a stand-alone range.
The Mamado logo sits atop a strong descriptive word mark logo and introduces the product with a clear hierarchy of product information following on. Bearing in mind that this would be the first in a line of a range of sprays with different fragrances the design features areas that can be colour-coded to suit the fragrance note – in this case, coconut.
A colour-matched translucent cap ties in with the logo colouration and balances with the strong green coloured background below.
CLIPPER DISINFECTANT SPRAY VARIATION
The second product; a disinfectant spray for cleaning and protecting the blades of hair clippers used in hairdressers and salons, maintains the same structure as the sheen spray, but introduces a more generic, unisex colouration.
Instead of featuring images of the natural ingredient, the colour block now allows space for the simple list of features and benefits of using the spray.
