Latest advert for Tangle Teezer as published in the newly re-formatted Creative Head magazine.
Having worked on the label design of online retailer Nexrastore’s own-brand of toiletries/skincare products over the past 12 months, we are pleased to publish details of the project.
The brief was to design a bold, modern identity that would photograph well in specialist beauty magazines and feature strong, stock photography to reflect the fragrance of each product. The existing NEXRASTORE logo was refined and was coupled with bright text ‘ping’ colours, tie-ing in with colours taken from the ‘fragrance’ photography on a rich-brown unifying background.
The products are being launched in stages; a body lotion and shower gel and a day/night cream currently available at this point, along with versions of the design created by a 3rd party on the brand’s website > www.nexrastore.com.

Tangle Teezer recently took part in an International Beauty Show in the US and promoted their product offer with these 3x exhibition panels designed by Paul Cartwright Branding. As usual, the graphics are fun, bite-size and quirky to help educate potential customers to the key benefits of their hairbrush range.
Based on the packaging graphic design of Phytomone’s new skincare range (to be launched later this year), we were also asked to re-design the book covers for founder Jane Atherton’s two books. The covers feature striking black and red colourations with gold foil and spot varnish details.

We’re pleased to announce the new Tangle Teezer timeline – a scrolling graphic that takes you through the journey of Shaun P. the man behind the Tangle Teezer hairbrush range. As part of our on-going relationship with TT, we were asked to design the graphics and created this scrapbook-feel path through Shaun’s business life, showing his roots as a hair colourist through to his Queen’s Award for Business.
The timeline graphics were integrated into the new Tangle Teezer site by their in-house team and the complete timeline can be seen here.
